These terms apply when you use the Mamatha Digitals website or order from us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Accounts
- You must give a working mobile number and email address and verify your email before ordering.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unlawful content.
Orders and quotes
- Prices shown on the website are estimates. The final price is the quote we send for each job, which you approve before we start.
- Quotes are valid for the number of days shown on them.
- Work starts after you approve the quote and pay, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Delivery and turnaround times are estimates and may change because of material availability, design changes or site conditions.
Your designs and content
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image and text you send us, and that it is lawful.
- We will not print content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the printed material, and between different materials.
- Please check proofs carefully. Errors in text or design that you approved are not our responsibility.
Payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged as shown on the quote and invoice.
- You can pay by UPI, through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets), or at the shop.
- A UPI payment is confirmed only after we see it in our account.
Installation and site work
- For installations, you must provide safe access, power where needed, and any permissions required from the property owner or local authorities.
- Extra work caused by site conditions may be charged separately after we tell you.
Liability
Our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of business.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our place of business have jurisdiction.
