Mamatha Digitals ("we", "us") runs this website to take orders for printing, signage and branding work. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Account details: your name or business name, mobile number, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Order details: the products, sizes and options you choose, your notes, delivery or site address, GSTIN if you give one, and the design files you upload.
- Payment details: the amount, payment method, UPI transaction ID or screenshot you submit, and Razorpay payment IDs. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Online payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Technical details: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used for security and, if enabled, website analytics.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account, including sending verification and password reset codes by email.
- To prepare quotes, print and deliver your jobs, and contact you about them by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To record payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting rules.
- To send offers and coupons, only if you agreed to receive them. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse (for example with Google reCAPTCHA).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the business: our hosting provider, our email provider, Razorpay for online payments, WhatsApp/SMS providers for job updates, and Google for reCAPTCHA and analytics if enabled. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a necessary cookie to keep you signed in. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set its own cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser, but you won't be able to sign in without the necessary cookie.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally 8 years for invoices). Design files may be deleted after the job is delivered.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for promotional messages, by contacting us. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law.
